20 Horrible Movie Bosses
8. Office Space (1999)
The Boss: Bill Lumbergh (Gary Cole)
The Horribleness: Power-tripping middle management type who exercises his authority in a most peculiarly irksome manner. If the one thing you enjoy about your job is being in the possession of a shiny red stapler, don’t worry, he’ll take that away with pleasure.
Get In Their Good Books: Always be aware of “what’s happening”, be prepared to work weekends and put your best into “themed” work days. -

30 Shocking Movie Deaths
ROBOCOP (1987)
The Death: During a trial demonstration of the ED-209, a hapless suit is mown down by the malfunctioning robot.
Why It’s Shocking: The scenario is pretty nightmarish on its own merits, with the increasingly terrified Kinney (Kevin Page) desperately looking for a way out of the boardroom as the ED-209 counts steadily down… -
20 Most Tense Movie Scenes
The Scene: Everything looks set to go as Doc Brown prepares to send Marty McFly back to the future by harnessing the power of lightning – which is about to strike the clocktower.
Except he gets in a right mess trying to sort out the cables when a tree collapses and threatens to ruin everything. Robert Zemeckis expertly drags the tension out so that you’re on the edge of the seat no matter how many (hundreds of) times you’ve seen the film. Damn. Damn damn.
Hide Behind The Cushion Moment: Up on the clocktower, Doc finally manages to re-attach the cords, only for the one on the ground to come unstuck. “Aaaggh!” indeed.[FOR 19 MORE TENSE MOVIE SCENES HIT THE FRONT PAGE OF THE HILL VALLEY TELEGRAPH OR FOLLOW THIS LINK]

40 Worst Movie Posters Ever
34. Rhinestone (1984)
Why So Bad? Sly’s got his guns out, but Dolly has the power of peroxide on her side.
Worst Detail: These two have clearly never met before in their lives, making this an ancient example of bad Photoshopping – before anybody had ever heard of Photoshop.

18 Genius Pieces Of Movie Exposition
1. Jurassic Park (1993)
The Exposition: Hammond: “Well! Mr DNA! Where’d you come from?”
Mr DNA: “From your blood! Just one drop of your blood contains billions of strands of DNA, the building blocks of life. A DNA strand like me is a blueprint for building a living thing.“And sometimes animals that went extinct millions of years ago, like dinosaurs, left their blueprints behind for us to find. We just had to know where to look! A hundred million years ago, there were mosquitoes, just like today.
“And, just like today, they fed on the blood of animals. Even dinosaurs! Sometimes, after biting a dinosaur, the mosquito would land on a branch of a tree, and get stuck in the sap.
“After a long time, the tree sap would get hard and become fossilised, just like a dinosaur bone, preserving the mosquito inside!”
The Short Version: Mosquitoes fed on dinosaurs and then became trapped in amber. Hello dinosaur blood, hello cloning!
Why It’s Genius: Time to prove that even science can be fun in a Spielberg movie! Mr DNA might look like that annoying Microsoft Office paperclip from days gone by but this animated character offers the basic facts about DNA and genetics in an easily digestible format.Anything that stops your mum asking, “What’s going on?” during a film has to be a good thing.
